Pastor Bobby Jackson of Saco Faith Chapel felt like they were missing a generation by not having a social media presence. Their website wasn’t appealing. Pastor Bobby reached out to Rethinking Evangelism® because he knew he wanted something more inviting, especially for a younger group.

Facebook and Instagram Organization
Pastor Bobby knew that he needed to reach a younger generation, and social media was the place to do it. Facebook and Instagram are strategic evangelism tools in the modern world. According to a survey by the Pew Research Center, “nearly half of U.S. adults see someone else share their religious faith online in a typical week.”
To help Saco Faith Chapel cast a wider social media net, Rethinking Evangelism® implemented Facebook Business Manager, a robust toolbox with features like targeted advertising. Rethinking Evangelism® ran aimed Facebook ads to new interests for a successful movie viewing event and meet and greet.
Google Tag manager
Rethinking Evangelism® integrated Google Tag Manager as well. GTM easily deploys and manages code across multiple web properties. The platform ensured a fast, efficient website, which increased potential churchgoer retention.
Google Business Profile
Rethinking Evangelism® also utilized Google Business Profile, which capitalized on the power of social influence. Google Business Profile not only allowed Saco Faith Chapel to share information but also enabled prospective members to review the church across a multitude of Google technologies, including Google Search and Google Maps.

With distractions vying for attention in the modern world, how did Rethinking Evangelism® break through the noise to promote Saco Faith Chapel’s events?
Ray of Hope
Saco Faith Chapel hosted a a powerful testimony by Mario and Natasha Broussard—a journey from infertility to miracles, misfortune, and a Ray of Hope. Together, they inspire personal growth, challenging both believers and nonbelievers. Their story aims to bring everyone to the feet of Jesus, showcasing the transformative power of love and enduring faith.
Social Media Ad
Saco Faith Chapel wanted to raise awareness of the Ray of Hope event to the community surrounding Saco, Maine. Rethinking Evangelism created social media ads targeted to that specific area.
Branded Presentation
For the event itself, a presentation was needed for visual support. Rethinking Evangelism® created a branded presentation to match the advertising for the event.
